Gift Certificate Terms

Purchasing

Cornish Galleries offers gift certificates that can be purchased and redeemed through the its website. You must have an Account to purchase or redeem Gift Cards; purchasing or redeeming Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gift Cards will be provided in electronic form only.

When ordering a Gift Certificate, you should be sure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Certificate.

Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.

Redemption

Cornish Galleries Gift Certificates must be redeemed on our Website, as full or part payment of products from our Website. A Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Certificate.

Gift Certificates, and any unused credit, are valid for a year from date of purchase.

Gift Certificates are not transferrable and must be redeemed by the purchaser or their nominated recipient (by email address).

Any unused value from a Gift Certificate will appear on the user’s account where it may be used in full or part payment in our store provided it is within the validity period.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

Legals

Gift Certificates are provided free of any warranty, express or implied.

We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The terms and conditions of this gift card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of Cornish Galleries and shall be binding on the customer.
