Artist: Victoria GillowSoft Winter Estuary is painted en plain air. The day, although overcast was warm, the way winter days can in in Cornwall.
The soft sky reflects shares of grey blue and pinks into the teal and deep blues of the estuary. The pinks of the foreground flora and fauna compliments the soft pink light and contrasts beautifully with the teals of the sea.
The painting is painted on muslin stretched board and presented, framed, in a beautiful wood, white stained tray frame.
