We are a fully curated online gallery, not an online marketplace, so our support team will be with you every step of the way. You may contact us using the form below or at support@cornishgalleries.com.
Buying Art
You may browse available work either through the Gallery page or by Artist in the Cornish Artists section.
Select the work you are interested in to view it in detail:
Each work is presented in multiple views and the Details tab provides you with information such as dimensions, weight and materials.
You may then either add the work to your Wishlist or click Add to Basket to purchase it.
Wishlist
If you do not wish to buy just yet you may add work to your Wishlist for future reference.
You may come back to your Wishlist at any time to complete a purchase (if the work is still available of course) or you may share your Wishlist with friends via email or on social media.

How do you charge VAT?
Work is sold via the gallery using a UK government scheme called the margin scheme and VAT cannot be isolated and broken out on the invoice even when sold and invoiced within the United Kingdom. Further information on the margin scheme can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/vat-margin-scheme.

You may contact Customer Support at any time at support@cornishgalleries.com or using the form below. We aim to respond within one business day.
Returns
You can return a purchase within seven days of receipt for an exchange or refund if the item is Defective or for any other reason provided that you:
- Email support@cornishgalleries.com within seven days of Receipt providing: (a) Your Order Number (b) Artwork title (c) Reason for return and (d) Request for exchange or refund.
- We will contact you to discuss any issues and to provide the return address of the artist.
- Work should be returned in its original packing (please retain this for the purpose) in the condition in which it was delivered.
- Following collection please contact Customer Support and provide us with the shipping information and tracking number. We will manage everything from there.
